How long do I have to wear Invisalign trays each day?

This is necessary because your teeth are always moving ever so slightly. Even a few hours without the trays in your mouth can start to undo the results you’ve achieved. Invisalign clear braces are popular because they are comfortable, removable, and virtually invisible. In fact, Invisalign looks and feels so great that it’s easy to forget that they have to do a lot of work to achieve a perfectly aligned smile. But you need to remember that Invisalign aligners are a serious orthodontic treatment system. When you change to a new set of aligners after two weeks, you will notice that they feel uncomfortable at first.
